Read this before you apply. If it isn’t you, don’t apply — and that’s a good outcome for both of us.
Foundry builds the founder before the company. Coaches are how that happens. You are not a cheerleader, a consultant, or a service vendor. You hold a founder against a bar and help them clear it on their own power.
You have built or operated something real. You coach from scars, not theory. Credentials are welcome but never a substitute for having done the thing.
You start as a Guide (volunteer), coaching Seekers. You climb by contribution the system measures: hours you give, founders you carry through a stage, and coaches and founders you bring in. Quality is the multiplier — founders rate you confidentially at the end of each stage, and that rating moves you faster than volume ever will.
The top tier, Sovereign-Coach, is paid — earned by a track record of founders who cleared the bar and rated you highly. This is a ladder you climb on evidence, not tenure.
A method that works, a roster matched to your lane, a workspace that carries the admin, a credential that means something, and — at the top — real compensation. Above all, the chance to build founders who build the future.
By applying, you agree to the Foundry Coach Code of Conduct, confidentiality, and non-solicitation terms, and to complete onboarding — orientation and a signed-off mock session — before any founder is assigned to you.
